These links don’t expire and enable you to charge different customers the same amount without the need of setting up a new payment link every time.

How it works

Creating a payment request is free — you’ll just need to open a balance in your preferred currency and have account details enabled. To create your link, you’ll need to be logged in to your Wise Business account. Then you'll be able to create either a one-time payment link or reusable payment link.

1.Create your payment link
On our website, select ‘Payments’ and then ‘New payment link’. On our app, tap ‘Payments’, ‘Payment request’ and then ‘New’.

2.Fill out your details
Select ‘Reusable’, fill out your details including the desired currency and amount, as well as the payment methods you'll accept.

You can choose from:

• Bank transfer — these are free and normally arrive within 1-3 working days.
• Pay with Wise — it’s free, easy and instant to receive payments from anyone on Wise. And you can provide customers who don’t use Wise with an invite link to earn rewards.
• Card — domestic consumer cards issued where your business is registered are priced at 1% fee while international consumer cards and all business cards are priced at 2.9%

3.Share your link
Send it by email, text or Whatsapp, to as many customers or clients as you need.

4.Get paid
Your money will land directly into your account, every time your link is used.

5.Check the status of your payment request
To confirm the status of your payment request, go to 'Manage' and tap on 'Payment Requests'. You'll be able to view any unpaid, paid, expired or cancelled requests. While one-time payment links expire, reusable links don't.
