Who can I send NPR to?

You can send NPR to any bank account in Nepal.

What information do I need about my recipient?

You’ll need their full name, bank and branch details, and bank account number. In Nepal, this should be 9–20 digits. 

How much can I send?

You can send up to 1 million NPR per transfer.

There's also daily limit of 2 million NPR per recipient and per sender.

How long does it usually take for the money to arrive?

Once we receive and convert your money, it depends on if the recipient bank supports Real Time transfers.

  • Real Time transfers take up to 15 minutes to arrive

  • For the rest of banks, it usually arrives on the same working day, but conversion can take up to 2 working days

Are there any restrictions on sending to NPR?

  • You can’t send NPR to businesses in Nepal

  • Transaction origin country cannot be Nepal
