Step guide A: withdraw from Yu'E Bao to a Chinese bank card¹

  1. Openwww.alipay.com (only Chinese version) in your browser, log in to your Alipay account, and click “转出(withdraw)” under Yu'E Bao.
  2. Tap “转出至银行 (withdraw to bank card)”, “Add bank card (添加银行卡)” and enter the card number (or select the saved bank card), continue to select the withdrawal method: 电脑转出(via computer) or 手机转出 (via mobile phone), and enter the amount and then “确认转出至银行卡 (confirm the withdrawal to the bank card)”.
  3. Select a card has been linked to the account, and the page will then display the arrival time of the withdrawal to the bank card as well as the card withdrawal limit, so that you can choose according to your own needs.
  4. Add a new bank card: If the account withdrawals to the bank card totals more than RMB 150,000 on the same day, you need to click on the “添加快捷银行卡 (add a shortcut bank card)” before continuing the operation of the withdrawal (the amount of shortcut card withdrawal is RMB 1,000,000 / day).
  5. Select “电脑转出 (computer transfer)”, enter the amount, and the page will prompt the arrival time of this withdrawal to the bank card.

Step guide B: Withdraw from Yu'E Bao to balance account²

  1. Log in to your Alipay account on the app or the official website (www.alipay.com), and click “转出(withdraw)” under Yu'E Bao.
  2. Select “转出至账户余额 (withdraw to balance account)”, enter the amount and password to, and the amount will be transferred to your Alipay balance account immediately.

Step guide C: Withdraw from Alipay balance to a Chinese bank card

  1. Sign in to your Alipay account on the mobile app
  2. Click “Me” > “Balance” > “Withdraw”.
  3. Withdraw to a linked card, or “Use new card to withdraw”. If you need to add a new card, simply enter the card number or scan the card.
  4. Enter the withdrawal amount, and the service fee will be displayed.
  5. Confirm by clicking “Withdraw”.

Can I withdraw money from Alipay to my foreign bank outside china?

No, you can't. Currently Alipay only supports withdrawals to bank debit card accounts opened in mainland China, not to any foreign bank cards.

To make a withdrawal, you need sign in the Alipay Global Merchant Portal, provide your bank account details and enter the amount to be transferred⁴.

How do I withdraw money from Alipay in Singapore to a bank?

If you are a registered merchant with Global Alipay, you have the option to request a withdrawal of all or a portion of the funds held in your Alipay MS Account to your bank account in Singapore at any time.

But there are two preconditions: 1) the bank is named the same as your Alipay MS account; 2) This must be done in accordance with applicable law and Paypal Software's policies and procedures.

Additionally, you must log into theAlipay Global Merchant Portal, enter the desired transfer amount, and supply the bank account details to complete the withdrawal.

Withdraw money from Alipay in Malaysia or Philippines:

If you are merchants in Malaysia or the Philippines and have registered with Global Alipay, and now wish to withdraw money from Alipay to a local bank, the process is quite similar to that of in Singapore.
